Hi, i am working in US on H1-B visa and already applied gor GREEN CARD(I-140 is in process) and I will be getting married on 18th april 2008.i ahave scheduled my spouse's visa interview date (H4 VISA) on 24th april 2008.
and we both are planning to come to US on may 1st(provided she gets her visa, else i have to come all alone)
in visa interview if my wife is asked whether her husband has applied for green card or not, what shall she say? and did she has any chance of getting denied for visa as i will be satying in india at that time.
please advice.
