Need info regarding H1 for civil Engineers

This is Balu, a civil engineer, trying to go to USA through H1 visa. Can you please tell the approach how to process H1?? Are there any consultancies who sponsor H1 for civil engineers??

regarding the process it is same as mentioned in the H1B corner (in this website)

you need to provide all the paperwork

passport copy
degree cetificates
from Class X mark sheets

etc
