Hi everybody please help
My father interviwed third time on 20th Sep. My husband was his sponser.
First twice rejected with 214b. That time my only brother was also living here and my father mentioned that. But on Dec 22nd my brother cameback to India. This time my father didn,t mention my brother name. This time the officer ask to my father you didn,t mention your son,s name this time then my father said he doesn,t live there therefore I haven,t mention. SHe told every thing is fine but I will give you visa after one month after some enquiry and processing.
The problem is this my brother is comming again to USA (company sending him for 15 months) on 25th Sept. She also feed some information from my brother,s passport in her computer (that was a photocopy and new visa was not there). I have two questions:
1: Should my father send to a letter to counslate that my brother is going again or just wait for reply of counsulate.
2: would they know my brother is comming again during enquiry?
