one w2 statement

I am sponsering for my parents visitor visa. I have only one W2 statement i.e for last year starting from April 2003. Can anyone tell me if that is ok, please.
They already got their visa rejected once based on the questions asked by consular. Last time they have not seen any papers. So this time I want to be very careful with papers as well as preparing them for interview.

If you have only one thats should be OK.
Make sure you have other documents in place though specially your proff of employment/ salary stubs and bank balaance statement.
