Please help. :confused:
My parents were interviewed at US Consulate- Mumbai for Visitor's visa on Feb 11, 2008. They were told that "you got the visa and passports will arrive in 3 working days". Accordingly, my dad received his passport with 10 yr visa on Feb 13th. It's been almost ten working days by now and my mom has not received her passport back yet. There is no feedback/ correspondence from Consulate as well regarding any queries. It's totally unclear about what is happening since VFS is not having any answer as well. Online status on VFS site shows that passport has not been received by them yet. What could be the reason behind this?? My parents live 10 hrs away from Mumbai and we are trying to decide whether they should re-visit the consulate or wait for the response from them.
