I am filling I-134 for my parents Visiting Visa. In Q. 7, where shall i mention my house value ?.

You may put the value in under Q. 7 section 2
"I have other personal property, the reasonable value which is:"

In Q.7, there are 2 sub sections:

"i have other personal property, the resonable value of which is"_________

AND

"I own real estate valued at: _____________
with mortgage9s) or other encumbrance(s) thereon amounting to : $______"

So where shall i mention my house value and mortgage balance.

I own real estate valued at:... $your house value

with mortgage9s) or other encumbrance(s) thereon amounting to : $ total loan amount remaining
