Visitor VISA interview question

Hi Every one,

I am planning to bring my parents this summer, I am in US for the past 4 years, I live with my husband and my brother also recently came here on H1.
My question is

When my parents went for VISA interview, they need to tell about my brother also in USA or they have to manage that he is in india and working some where.

Please advice me how to proceed?
