I am trying to fill in I-134, for my father-in-law, who have already came to visit me twice. I have couple of questions.

I have typed and answered to all the question and answered them in I-134 took the print out AND did leave out the column 7 empty as I could not type it completely so thought I will write it in pen later on, so left it blank and got the notary sign too later. :D

But while filling in to answer to Question 7, I did it with blue ink. Is that a big issue or not as I saw later on top of the form it says either type or print in black ink. Should I re-do everything for I-134 again with black only. Please advice who have been similar experience. ;)

I read in the website of path2usa saying original spouse birth certificate is required. Will a copy do or need original of spouse birth ceritificate only.

I hope copy of marriage certificate is also okay.

Ink color is not an issue.
The requirement is original Birth certificate that will be given back after the interview and you should only of asked at the time of interview.
