Hi,
My father visted US in Dec-feb 2008.He had 6 months on his I-94 buthe had to go back due to family emergency.He wants to come back again (to pick up my mom who is still staying with us) within the six months of previous I-94 i.e.e May 2008.
Will that be a problem at the port of entry/I was told that he would be subject to 3 hrs wait at the port of entry and grilled with questions on w hy he is coming again so soon?
