Hi,
My PILS appeared for the interview on Sept 15th at Chennai consulate.They answered all his Qs politely,all directed towards my FIL.
They were asked the following Qs
1.Who is in US?
My son
2.What is he doing there?
Working for XYZ Co.
3.How many children do u have?
three,2 of them here in Chennai.
4.Why do u want to go to US?
Visit my son & tourism.
5.What do u do?
retired as... from Govt service.
Thats it.He askes them to wait for a while & came back with a form stating reason 214(b) & told them that their application had been rejected & they may go.
We don't see a single reason why they had to be denied visa.Documents we sent were not seen.Its very frustrating!!
Their interview was at 3.00 pm & seems like lots of ppl before them too were denied visa on that day.Seems like it was a "Rejection Day"!
How do we convince them that they have no intentions to stay back here?
