visa refused under section 212(a)(4)

My parents visa is refused , and they told the reason that my salary is low. But my salary is 56k and i have 3 years income tax returns. and a good 24000 bank balance.
On the refusal form they have stated " is likely to become a public charge at any time "
"and insuffiecient finace"
what does this mean. did any body faced this type of situation.
what is the solution for this problem.
How can they reject on this section 212(a)(4).
basically this reason is for "who wish to visit the US for medical treatment".

It may also depends on what type of questions were asked during theinterview.

Did you submit your account verification letter from your bank ? and latest bank statement?

Must ask your parenats in details about the question asked and what answer they gave ..

Analyse the entire situation and apply again with more preparation.

I spoke to my parents , they asked nothing, they did not see my papers, i have my last 6 months bank statement, bank account verification letter, affidavit and all the papers.
they have asked my dad how much i am earning? my dad clearly told in telugu that i am earning 56000.
