visa page got missed , what to do?

:mad: My mom had 10 yr b2 visa ,she came and returnd on dec 07 (stayed for 2 months) while returning to india she fonud that her visa page is missing then we reported to the embassy (where she got the visa) with her passport number . but now how to get a visa for her again:confused: ? do she need to appy for a new visa? she has the photocopy of lost visa and also my dad has 10 yr visa. if anyone faced problem like this before? pls help! thanks

This needs to be reported to police since the passport has been mutilated.

Did your mother have a photocopy of the visa? That should help. SHe will have to get a new passport anyway.

Few years before i heard that one saudi couple arrived USA via mumbai,they spent few days in india then returned to usa from mumbai,but when they arrived into USA,at POE they find that their(wife's)visa page was missing and they got deported.So is your case also similar like this.Check that your mother also ckecked out from mumbai?
From now onwards every where we handover our passport to any airport officials,our job is to check all pages are safe or any thing missing and also while the immigration officers(in INDIA) looking into our passport,keep a keen observation that officer is doing WHAT?
