how to get a visitor visa

hi all,
i am shine from india. and i like to visit usa for some as a pleasure trip.
but i dont have any releative there. can i get a visitor visa without a sponsor. or if i found
somebody to sponsor me in usa ,who is not my releative . can i get the visa.
if yes, pls brief me...

Yes, you can apply your own you dont need a sponsor if you have a very good financial bakings and proof.

All documentation to be submitted if applying for a b1/b2 visa (without a sponsor) has been explained on the tts/vfs websites. Please check the respective website depending on the consulate where you would attend the interview.
It is also possible to apply for b2 visa if u have a friend who's willnig to sponsor you. This process too has been explained on the embassy/tts websites.
