I NEED UR ADVICE DESPARATELY PLZ. HELP ME

I got the 5 years multiple visa from islamabad pakistan in nov. 2006 to appear in my USMLLE CLINICAL SKILLS EXAM IN 22 FEB 2007 IN HOUSTON TEXAS.I travelled to usa chicago at dec.2006. at chicago immigration the officer asked me
OFFICER: WHY R U HERE?

I :I REPLIED FOR MY USMLE CLINICAL SKILLS EXAM .

OFFICER:HOW MUCH STAY U WANT?
I :7 MONTHS

OFFICER:BUT UASKED FOR 1 MONTH STAY AT PAK US EMBASSY
SO WHY U WANT 7 MONTHS NOW?

I :I REPLIED THAT ACTUALLY USMLE IS DIVIDED INTO 4 PARTS
TWO OF WHICH I HAD PASSED FROM ONLINE EXAM IN PAK ,WHILE THE OTHER TWO CAN ONLY B GIVEN IN USA SO I WANT T APPEAR IN BOTH THE EXAMS IN ONE TRIP THATS THE REASON I M ASKING FOR 7 MONTHS .

But the officer didnot believe what i was saying to him.he cancelled my 5 year multiple visa and deported m.

but i could not bear that shock and got fit over there.immigration authority taken m to nearby hospital there they granted m parole stay for 3 months, on doctors advice.during this period i appeared in clinical skills exam and got failed.for which i again deposited my fees for the same exam and got scheduled from april 2007 to april 2008.


now i want to tell u about me. and all is fact no lie as i really want ur advice for m in my problem.

i m married and was 8 months pregnant at the time of my journey to usa AT DEC.2006. iwas due on feb 2nd 2007. my exam was on 22 feb 2007 in houston.

PLZ. CORELATE THE DATES WHETHER I ASKED FOR 7 MONTHS STAY FOR MY DELIVERY OR FOR MY EXAMS THERE IN USA(CLINICAL SKILLS AND STEP 3 USMLE)

DELIVERY DATE 2ND FEB 2007

CLINICAL SKILLS EXAM (USMLE) 22ND FEB.2007

INSPITE OF ALL THIS SHORT DURATION OF MY EXPECTED DATE OF DELIVERY I ASKED FOR 7 MONTHS STAY , NOT FOR ANYOTHER PURPOSE EXCEPT MY TWO EXAMS THERE IN USA WHICH I WANTED TO BE DONE IN ONE TRIP AND GO BACK TO PAKSTAN WITH FINISHING ALL MY EXAMS. AND SPEND MY TIME FREELY WITH MY FAMILY IN PAKISTAN.

IF U BELIEVE THIS ALL SO PLZ. CONSIDER MY PROBLEM AND ADVICE ME ABOUT MY QUESTIONS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AS MY CLINICAL SKILLS SCHEDULE IS ABOUT TO END IN APRIL 2008 AND TO REFUND MY FEES I HV TO GIVE THE UNIVERSITY A SOLID REASON 1 MONTH BEFORE THE ENDING PERIOD.

Q.1: SHOULD I CANCELL MY FORM? (if yes what is the solid reason)

Q.2:should i apply for the visa again.(if yes so how should i prepare myself

for the interview.)

Q.3:how much is the possibility of getting visa again?

so they didn't tell you anything for being so pregnant ? did they notice you are pregnant at the immigration ?

The only person who can help you is yourself- you can reschedule you exam and go for the visitors visa interview BUT be truthful about the time you need to complete both the exams and if they still give you only for 2 weeks then you should stay in US only for 2 weeks.

Your earlier act of desperation of getting in US has got well documented and i am sure your hospitaliztion record would (technically confidential) would flag you as pregnant - if you act in good faith the consular officer shall respond in kind.

Find out from USMLE if you can take the exams other than in US.

You most likely did not have medical insurance and funds for your delivery. How DARE you expect the American taxpapers to pay the medical expenses for your baby!
