I-134 question

Hi,

I am sponsoring both my mother and father.
Do i need to fill seperate I-134 for each or one is okay?
I am confused because in the instructions sheet in the I-134 it says:
1. Execution of Affidavit.
A seperate affidavit must be submitted for each person.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

One form is valid for upto 4 people and in the affidavit, you just list their names.
That's how I did for my parents and they got the visa.
