I am planning to invite my parents on visitor visa. My father had a privately held small business which does not have any record for income tax nor have any government registration on it.
But he has real estate(agriculture land and houses) with enough worth and some investments in banks.
What could be the best to describe his profession? As a farmer or private business or ???

If a person tells that he is working or do business he may be aksed to show the tax papers in order to verify thier income and status.
In your case you dont have Tax paper that may be difficult..
As far as other property he can prepare a affidavit from a local notary stating all the property and its fair market value.
