HELLO,

My name is Pascal, I m 23 years old, I live in France.

I was student here in PARIS, but there was a problem with my school , so I don t have school for this year
every school have closed their inscription so I have nothing to do here for this session 2004/2005

My best friend live in SAN DIEGO, she is an US citizen and has a good situation, she told me as you do nothing come live with me, you ll improve your ENGLISH and I ll improve my French,

I d not have to work, because I ll live with her.

I d like stay with her about 10 months and then come back here ,

, I really just want go live with her, to see her, and to know SAN DIEGO, and then go back, I m not an immigrant, isn t in my intentions.

I d like go there very soon, because here I can t do nothing, and I miss her so much,

I ve found a visa B2, i could stay 6 months with it and can be extend to 1 year,
it s very difficult to obtain it, for French citizen , because usually we don t need visa for less than 90 days.

I really don t want do something bad, just live with someone I love ,there for a while, and then come back.

do you think I could go like this, and then apply for a visa B2 on place?
i m afraid to be refused if you have info which could help,
if u ve info about delay, how apply for a visa, cost....?

I m wondering about insurance too, how could I be coverd? what should I do before to go? on place??

JUST THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP
I really afraid to be rejected, if somes people from INS read that please contact me.
you don t know what this means for me, I wish you all the best ,
thanks

Visitor visa is not required for French citizens they are coverd under visa weiver program where you can enter usa for up to 90 days.
if you want to stay more then that seek some other type of visa like Stduent visa etc.
Or consult an immigration attorney to assist you with your particular case.
