how do we get a sooner date for appointment in chennai other than online

1]my moms[widow] visa was rejected under 214b.i want to take an appt by oct end.but the dates online show only nov.how else can we get a quicker date than that.

2]also do w e need to mention that my momis a widow in the ds 156 applic/.. even tho if they havent given the option or canw e write a married.?help will be appreciated.
also has anyone got the sample letter to senator?

1. If you are taking online apoitment, the only dates availabe you see is online if you want different dates try taking offline appoitment ( by directly talking to them or personal visit to thier office)
