Chicago Federal Labor processing

Hello

My application just made it thru to the initial labor recruitment process in Michigan. Assuming it goes to Federal Labor in Feb. 2005 - what kind of time frame can I expect it to clear federal labor and get to I 140 and thereon

Also when is the safe period begin that if you lose your job you can still migrate to another

The job change can only be done under AC21 rule ( where 140 is approved and has more then 180 days for 485 pending decision with valid approved EAD)
