Hi all,
My wife is going for h4 Re-stamping next week. My h1 is through but my passport is yet to be stamped. In this scenario, along with h4 docs, does my wife need to carry all the documents that are required for H1 atamping? I mean client letter of the principal applicant, project details, notorised list of employees of the company, market analysis letter etc?
Also, is there any difference b/w the following docs?
1.A letter from the spouse's employer confirming continued employment
AND
2.Copy of the principal applicant's letter of offer from the US company
Seniors and other experts from this forum, ur advice would be greatly appreciated.
