If you give your qualifications and other experiance related info then someone can decide whaether you are eligible to go with thtis comapny or not.What is th strength of this company,how you know about this company,how much they are charging for H1,is this company can market good for your skill set or not,find out all thse details FIRST then write a clear thread then soemone can help you.From now you are going to join in a proffessional filed so try to get as more info aswell as try to and put more info about your issue then only you can get good results.

I am B.E. Computer Engg. I had 4+ yrs of exp in Testing field. I got call from ahmedabad (consultant) through naukri.com. I have been interviewed by HR from us office. Then i got offer. i have to deposit 1 lac as security. They will provide everything (tickets, stay/meal in us etc)

But, i want to know whether timesquaretec.com has ever apply for any candidates and how many got the h1?

to check the details of Timessquare go to www.flccasedata.gov then you can find how many H1 they filed in year 2007.Try to get the reply in email with all their promises.tickets,stay/mean etc.In NJ guest house is Ok.In testing what is your priority,mercury or rational?.When they gonna giv e back your lakh?.
If you get phone numbers and correct company address details then it will help in filing case in DOL.
