DS156 - Who is paying for the trip?

While filling DS156 for H1 stamping, there is a question "who is paying for the trip?". I remember from previous times that I have been advised to give one's Company's name for this. Is it true that I have to say the my company is paying for the visit?

My situation is: I have been in the USA for about 6 years with various comapnies. I joined my current comapny about 1.5 years back. I came to India for the personal visit and will return back to the same company.

Can someone please advise what to fill in this column and why?

I think you should be filling the column with ans "Myself" [This is my guess] since you are visiting by yourself. If you are coming through some work of your company then it should have been your company's name.

But why you need to fill D-156 form for travelling?
