Hi
Currently I am working with the company on H1 Visa.I had signed a contarct with those people for 1.5 year that I will work with those people .If I left them before that they are going to take me to the court and I have to pay them XXXXX digits amount of dollars to them.Please tell me the whether that contract is valid or not.Can I transfer my H1 to another comapny without any problem.
