Hi All,
I have attended H1-B visa interview in march 2006 at chennai consulate. It got rejected due to my experience certificates are not genuine. So they advised me to withdraw my application stating that 'I ahven't produced genuine docs during the inetrview' , and they have taken my H1-docs and returned my passport and education docs without stamping as rejected. Now I am working in good MNC and I can produce all docs required to file H1-B petition. Now My doubt is will they cept my new exp letters? or r they maintain interview conversation that time.
is there any chance of getting visa if I produce all genunine docs now?
plz some one help me out how to proceed further?
