221(g) at chennai on JANUARY 11th

Hi all the members,

I attended my h1b on 11th jan 2008 at chennai.
My Interview was very cool.
VO asked only few questions

Give me ur degree certificate?
Wts ur current Experiance?
project INHOUSE or client?
Give me ur project detailes?
Ru from HYD?

VO didn't even asked abt my current company........


and i gave the project detailes and then asked for the US company docs.he is not asking any more,just typing on the system....after 5 mins typed, he took the 221g blue form and ticked for some more details tht are required from the employer(USA Company).
And finally says, we need somemore info abt the employer,wen u get all these papers just go and submit ur docs along with ur passport in hyd ofiice,u need not come again here to chennai.
I finally says thank you and walked out.

I am worrying abt the chances of getting the visa.

Can anyone plz help me out abt this situation.

Don't be in tense. Just get the documents asked by the VO and submit them at VFS. If your documents are genuine and the VO convinced, you will get your visa. Don't worry.

Can you please what are all the documents asked to submit in Hyderabad Consulate office and what did you ask about Project and whether project is Internal Project or client project. Why did ask you from Hyderabad.

thanks for ur valuable reply dude...........

they have asked me abt.............to submit

1)petetion copy with all supporting documents as filled to USCIS,
2)a copy of employment contract or letter of agreement signed by both you and petetioner.........(actually i don't have these 1 & 2)
3)tax returns for the last 2 years(i have only 1 year)
4)wage reports for 3 quarters
5)notarized list of all employees for each location ,tht shows employeees names and their job titles ,individual salaries and immigration status for all states.
6)detailed desription of internal project include complete technical desc, employer,time line, current status, number of employees assigned,location of work and merketting analasysy.

I don't no the particular reason,
at fianl of the interview VO aseked me RU FRM HYD? ........,bcoz of the documents to be handover in hyd itself (i think)

plz check out my check list and give me ur suggesion plzzzzzzzz...........
