Hi
I applied H1B(I129) on April 2007 Thru Klarus Inc for my Cousin . It is Florida Based company.
His H1b is denied on Jan 2nd 2008 . The Kalrus Inc applied nearly 70 applications were submitted.
Nearly 50 H1B applications were denied.
The USCIS send denial notice for this H1 case . They gave the Denial cause.
"In that The klarus Inc not have direct clients and direct vendors. so you can not help to this much people".
So i contact to Klarus Inc. They told you can re appeal to USCIS with same receipt number thru some other company.
So i spoke to some XYZ big company. This XYZ company attorney told his subject to the quota as the H-1 was
denied.. he has to file only on April 01 2008.
My request is Can i re appeal with same receipt number thru some other employer or not
If any one know about this one could you please help to me ASAP.
