Hi Experts,
I have applied for H1B quota for 2007 - 2008 . I have recieved my approval and will be going for stamping in few days from now ( not yet booked the dates ) .
My Employer belongs to BEP group . When I asked them for Project Description & Client Letter they said you dont have to worry about any project description as well as client letter . All the documents given you are as per the BEP Standards and will take care of your visa stamping. They said that you dont have to mention any clients name as you will be working on the internal projects.
Please let me know -
1)can BEP Companies get away without showing any Project description letter?
2)Incase I am forced to say I ll be working on Internal Projects .. what are the necessary docuements required for get my stamping - even though my employer belongs to BEP?
This is really very urgent . Please let me know about the same ASAP?
