Looking for a way to find an Indian Nanny. Any suggestions?

Visit local indian restaurants, indian grocery stores, temples, they usually have flyers posted, network with other indians.

Be sure that they are legally authorized to work in the US. There are tax laws that must be followed so read the IRS document about household help.
