Hi All,
I applied for my mother visa extension on Nov 21st 2007. Her visa is expired on Dec 26th 2007. I wanted to know:
1. what is cut-off date for her to return if we did not receive the response from the INS.
2. When calculating the cut-off date, What date we need to consider, a) the date of receipt of the extension letter (nov 21st) or b) the date of expiry of her visa ( Dec 26th)
Please suggest me.
