If the consulate officer takes the passport and a few other documents for further enquiry. does that necessarily mean that a rejection of visa is on it's way? Please let me know. This is in respect to Visitor's Visa application. PLEASE PLEASE HELP!

In most cases if visa application is rejected, the applicant is informed at the time of interview and given back all the documents at the same time.
