If I take the interview in Hindi for my father and want to add my brother also he want to give in English when I add another person does language option also come or it takes automatecally Hindi for another person also.

If both parents are attending then your father could represent your mother. I have many cases like this where father knows English and mother know only regional language, but got approval for both. Usually they would ask all questions to your father. If they ask any questions to your mother, then father could take initiate and tell VO that she do not know English and if permission granted he could be an interpreter.
