Hi all,
I have been very grateful to this site and the members of this forum. My mom came here on OCT 3RD on visitor visa. She has to leave on April 3rd. But i want to apply extention for her. I have few questions please help.
1. How many days before i have to apply extention for her
2. If she gets denied when she has to leave U.S.?? Is it true that she has to leave right away?? How many days aftere denial she has to leave??
3. Can some one please post some sample letters to USCIS reagarding the extention?
4. If she gets denied does it affect her future visits??
5. If i apply for extention is it negatively affect her future visits???
