Visitor Visa Appointment in Telugu @ Chennai Consulate

Hi,

I am trying to schedule an appointment in Chennai Consulate with Telugu Language as Interview language for my parents visa. I am trying for the 10 days at different times of the day - daily, still no luck I am getting a message "Appointments not available currently, please check back in 24 hours......", I did send an email to chennai consulate -- still no response.

I have the following questions.

I am in California, what will be the correct timings to check for the appointment.

Is there any other alternate way of scheduling.

Any help on the above questions greatly appreciated.

Telugu/Tamil other regional language appointments are completed for jan'08. Keep checking if some body cancel then you would get it or if Feb'08 quota releases.

Try Fridays, early morning around 6am EST, we got lukcy last time and saw multiple cancelled slots available...
