I need to take the inertview date

My brother is doing Engineering final year.He is having vacations in January end for 15 days.I want to invite him to visit me in USA in vacations.
His Engineering will comlete in sep 08.Please advise do he needs any documents form his college.I am sending him a sponsership I am on h1b visa working as a software proffesional in Us for last 15 months..He will be travelling with my sis she is already having 10years US visa working in a Airline in India she will be giving him free ticket also.Can I mention in DS156 he is travelling with my sister.
Pls advise my father also applying for tourist visa should my brother attend the interview with my father.My father is abusinessmen of 59 years.My father can speak in HINDI is not very frequent in English

Pls reply to my mail pls try to ans all my doublts.I waiting for the reponse I have to atke the interview date accordingly weather it should be combined or separate or can be schedule same day but separate.

I dont think

....any document from his college would help or is required when he is treated as Visitor.

....that he is required to mention it in DS156 that he is travelling with sister, travel plans can change.
I feel you should make them appear for interview separately on different days, and think of interview in regional language for your father.

Pls advise who's ineterview I should schedule first can I schedule my brother's interview first I am very much confused some are saying donot take interview separaetely Embassy will feel why all you are coming turn by turn.But on this side all are saying take separate interview

Sequence does not matter, I dont think consulate keeps track of family members....

When they will see the my sis name who is supponsering both then they can make out how many member she has sponsered.Pls advise.I feel like sending my brother first is it right decision.or both toghter
