Parents VISA transfering H1

I want to call my parents next year and they have got the visa interview date in January. I have send all the docs to them eg: I134, employment verification letter etc from my current employer.

I have applied for H1B transfer and hopefully will change my employer by the time my parents go for interview. Will this effect there interview? they have old petition,old employment verification letter etc.I dont have new petition right now neither letter from new employer as I haven't joined as of now..!!

I dont think this will have any impact as long as our current I94 is not expired.
