Hi all
Please advise me.

I got L1 and I will be travelling shortly to USA. I want to take my mother along with me while travelling. Being in India how can I process her visa
1. Sponsor - by producing my docs like salary stub, L1 visa, sufficient fund but I have seen who is resident in US only they can sponsor
2. Self sponsor - by producing my docs like salary stub, L1 visa, sufficient
fund as i am in india or I have to show her financial funds

Please advice whT WILL BE THE BETTER OPTION TO GO FOR.....

Just a thought....there are ample of chances of VO taking a objection, as both of you are travelling to US if you are only 2 members in the family. Then there are no ties with India. You could also think of processing her visa once you are in US , and settled for 3-4 months. You will also be having good amount of money (dollar) in your bank.
