Form I-134 for visitor visa

Hello friends,

I wish to invite my mom to the US and was getting myself prepared with all the Doc's etc. I am preparing docs as per the instructions on this website. Would it be sufficient or do we need more data ?

Also The Affidavit form I-134 to be sent for the visitor visa, has something like this -- OMR no ---- Exp 04/30/2007 .. Now is this the expiry date of the form ? Does Exp stant for expiry ? Plz kindly someone guide to as to what to do ? And where can i get a proper form ?

Hello,
Last week I sent the same I-134 for my mother. If you go to
http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-134.pdf, it also shows the same date. And I think this is the official site. Also if you enter i-134 in google.com, you will find the same form.
The documentation described on this site is sufficient, I did the same thing. We got the visa although in the second attempt.

Thanks for your reply. Could you tell me, why ur parents visa was rejected the 1st time ? Like was it due to some Doc's missing etc ?

I think even God can not predict whether VO will approve the visa or not. Look at this...last time I did not leave any document infact added few others whereas this time we missed on the assurance affidavite etc by the applicant. But the VO did not even look at what are the docs there with the applicant , she asked only 1 question thats all....of course last time also they did not look at the documents. Without looking at the documents she had rejected on 'No sufficient ties with India.......'
