Hi All,
Hope you are doing good.
Just to provide a brief background of my case, my Petition was filed in July 2004 and has recently been approved by INS , all i am now required to do is to stamp my Visa.

Moreover I have never ever been out of India before.

Here goes my questions, plz. try answering them.

1) Since I am working currently for worlds biggest IT MNC in India but my petition was filed by a lesser known company in US ,with not many employees with them.
So will the questions be raised while i go for stamping that why are you leaving such a big company and going for a small company in US.
(I Have joined this worlds biggest MNC in June this year).

2) I am staying with my parents and not yet engaged so will this be an issue while stamping my Visa (I am asking this because somebody form my current organization went for a B1 Stamping and his visa was rejected simply because he is not staying with his parents..(there were more reasons too his rejections, but this was one of the many)).

3) Does getting engaged to a girl here in India before going for a stamping helps easy visa stamping. :)
(Because this might root out their fear of going and marrying a US Citixen there.).

4) I have two years gap between my college level studies and my school so will this be of any concern to them while stamping.

5) What according to your experience are the issues raises by Delhi Consulate while H1B Stamping.

Cheers, :o
