Hi,
I am raising US travel visa for my parents. Still i am in the process of documentation. I am planning to get my parents here around april end and to have visa interview in first week Feb. My problem is right now i am on H1B visa which is getting expired on 31st March 2008 and my company has filled extension/or in the process. I don't have any supporting document which says that my company has filled extension for my visa or any approval notice.
Please let me know what options i have. Or should i ask my company to give me a letter saying that my extension has raised ( is that enough?). I am worried - if my parents would have interview in Feb and visa is expiring on 31st march....there is a possibility that they would get very less time frame of visitor visa.
