L2 EAD Extension

Hi Simran,

I am on L2 visa.I have EAD(work permit).My EAD is going to expire May 2008.
When i need to apply for extension? My friends told me i have to apply 4 months before.Right now i have only 3 pay checks?
Can you please help me?

To get EAD ext, u don't need to show ur paychecks, just goto uscis.gov
either download the form or apply online.
