Mom got B2 (Visitor) Visa - VO Questions

My mom and dad already got US Visa rejections in June-2004, so this time I have decided to apply first mom only for US visa.

As my mom dont know English. I have booked her interview in Gujarati.
Interview questions where asked by white male visa officer (VO) and there was a girl translating question in gujarati for mom.

Questions:
Mom : Good Morning... oh sorry sorry.. Good After Noon.. I was waiting since morning for interview that's why...
VO : Smile.
VO : Why you want to go to US?
Mom : For tourism. (As I visited my mom in Jan07-Feb07)
VO : How many children do you have?
Mom : 2 daughter and 2 son. Both daughters are married and are here, one son is in USA and one unmarried son is here.(Basically only one son is in US)
VO : What your son is doing in USA?
Mom : He is Programmer Analyst in XYX company
VO : Where he stay in USA?
Mom : In ...., NJ
VO : What your unmarried son do?
Mom : He did his M.Com and now working in Accounting Firm
VO : Your husband has US visa? (My mom and dad got US rejection in Year 2004 when they both applied for US visa together)
Mom : No
VO : How much your husband earn in year?
Mom : Said 10 lakh to 15 lakh
VO : What is the surerity that your will come back?
Mom : I have my 76yrs old-in-laws , my husband and my unmarried son here so I will be back in 3-4 months.
VO : Your visa has been granted and you will receive your passport in 2 days.
Mom : Thank you.

First of all congratulations to you and your Mom for getting VISA. I am also trying to get the interview dates in Gujarati or Hindi for my Mom from last 3-4 weeks but no luck. Can you please tell me how you got the interview date for your Mom? What is the suitable time to check for the dates?

Hi Ritesh I spoke to my mom about getting the interview date but she wants to wait for a month.Due to cold weather she don't want to travel .She is in Madhya Pradesh and has to go to Mumbai for the interview.I had talked to Mr.Gandhi also he says he will get the dates.Everybody is trying to get the dates online but the message comes try after 24 hrs.

Hi Hardeep,

I also want my Mom to be here in Feb'08. I thought I'll try now because it may take some time in getting the dates. My friend was also trying for dates in Gujarati language but he was not getting it. Finally he booked the appointment in English. At the time of interview they asked his Mom for translator and she said yes. Actually she knows English but wasn’t sure about the American accent. Whereas in my case my Mom doesn't know English at all so I don’t want to take the risk. I think that these agents must be taking the dates in English language only.
