Great News...Mom got visa

Hey Guys,
This is a great news :) that my mom got visa yesterday at Mumbai consulate and we are waiting for the passport to come to get more details. This was her second attempt. I had sent lot of docs from here but we missed 2 important docs :mad: from her end but the guys at consulate did not even had look at single doc. The interview was scheduled for Marathi , but this time also the experience with the interpreter and VO was not good :cool: but still we got visa. I am yet to understand their regional language interview logic / process. I would be more than happy to share any information that would help other Kids to get their parents visa.

This was possible without any out side help even after one failure.

VO....How long you want to be there?
Mom said...So long as you permit
VO... thats ok, but what do you wish?
Mom... 4-5 months.
VO...you can not stay more than 6 months not even a day

Congratulations. Can you please let me know how you get the date? Is it thru some agent or from website. I am trying from past 3-4 weeks but no success.

Thank you, actually I was trying for last 4 months, we paid for the fees sometime in August. Finally I got a date last month, it was past middle of the night (US time) , I was looking for the date. I did not take help of anybody.
