Senator /Congressmen Letter

Can anyone please let me know, what is the process to get the senator letter. How can I approach him/her

Try to find out who is your senator / congressman . You can find it out on the internet. He / she would be having his/her own website. They normally have facility to write to them if not you can send separate letter to them describing all the situation. If they respond saying you need to submit all the personal information of the applicant and the sponsor's personal information , please go ahead and do that . Based on the information submitted by you he / she might consider issuing a letter of support. This is how I did. Please let me know if you need more information.
