Hello All,
I am currently working for employer "A". I am thinking to invite my in laws in May / June 2008 in USA. I am also thinking to transfer my H1B to employer "B".
What happens in case -
I start the visa application process for my in laws with employer "A" documents, their visa is stamped and in the mean time I transfer my visa to employer "B" before they arrive in USA. Will this create any problem for them at the port of entry or during their stay in USA?
