Hi Guys,
I need some adivse from you.
I got married few months back.My wife changed her passport recently with my surname and also added my name in the passport.so now her passport has with my surname.
so now my doubt is all her educational certificates with her surname(before marriage name).If we apply for her H1,is there any problem?since her educational certificates had different surname and passport different surname?Plz advise me

Marrage certificate is the best proff that her surname has changed after the marrage you don't need any other documents.

its not a problem at all
even my wife has my name as her surname
so no problem

but take the marriage certificate
