Could anyone please provide your suggetions in my following questions ?

I have been working in US in L1 visa. I came back to India now, went for H1 stamping for another employer, But I have got 221G green form asking some documents from employer.

Now my question is, Can I go back to US using my L1 visa? They gave me back my passport and they did not cancel anything in my L1 visa page. Is there any issues of going back to US through L1 visa now which is valid upto Aug'08?
