Hi...I am on a L2 visa since May 2003. I have got my EAD and have been working here for about a year. We have not visited India after we came here and now are planning to visit in Nov 2004. But a colleague told me that anyone having an EAD has to get "Travel Documents" before leaving the US coast which will ensure entry into US when we get back..otherwise entry will be denied. Could someone please tell me if this is true and if so, how I am supposed to go about getting these documents? Please help. Thanks in advance.
