1. Who renews EAD? Do we need an employer to apply for EAD.
2. If a person is just on EAD and AP and do not have any Visa how long can one stay in the US.

Nope. EAD has requirements for you to be employed

So if primary applicant go on EAD he losses his H1 status. what is the status of dependant.
