This is Shesagiri in 2004 attended for H1B Visa interview at Chennai Consulate and got 221(g) along with Visa Refusal letter. as follows
Based on the documents you have submitted to us, and the information elicited in your interview with an American Consular Officer, you do not appear to be qualified for an H-1B temporary work visa.
Now for 2007 got approval (Fresh new H1B) again and planing to take appointment for chennai Consulate. Can I know your valuable suggestions on this and any one with similar issue, any QA on this and the chances of getting H1B stamping .
