Hi..
I attended my H1B interview in Chennai Consulate on 14th September, 2007. I provided all the docs which the VO asked. In the end she asked me to provide the list of employees who are working for my employer.. along with their designation, Salary, Immigration Status, current work location in US... So, I showed her the Payroll list.. then she said this not i am looking for..
She returned all my docs including I797, LCA & I129, just retained D156 & D157....and issued 221G (BLUE) to submit the notarized list from employer showing the list of all employees, with their designation, Salary, Immigration Status, current work location in US... Also, mentioned not to submit the passport now.
I submitted all the Docs ticked in 221G (D156, D157, I797, LCA, I129, along with notarized list) thru VFS Hyderbad on October 5th, 2007.
Can someone let me know, if someone went thru same situation & how much time will it take to resolve such cases
